Embracing My Messy Ass Chaos
My life has been unpredictable, messy, and sometimes, I find myself in situations that reflect chaos. Being a “mess” doesn’t have to carry a negative connotation; at least that’s what I tell myself instead, it can be an opportunity to embrace life’s imperfections and learn from them. Now more then ever.
Embracing the Beauty in my Imperfections
Embracing my messiness has always lead me to be more authentic with myself. It has allowed me to be true with myself, without the pressure of fitting into anyone’s social norms. Who really wants to be a normie?
My challenges and messes have somewhat helped to find personal growth. However, I’m still navigating through tough times hoping to find myself resilient, stronger and more optimistic again.
My messiness has always fueled my creativity in ways I sometimes forget I’m capable of. While my life hasn’t followed a linear path, it has opened up new avenues for my thinking process and attempts to problem-solving. And I’ve been attempting alot lately.
Navigating Through My Mess… Strategies for Managing Chaos? Well…
I have been trying to identify, find what truly matters to me and focus on those priorities. Hoping it can help me in managing overwhelming situations. *fingers crossed.
I have been attempting to practice mindfulness hoping it helps me to stay grounded amidst any chaos that’s come my way. I’ve been practicing by taking big heaping bowls of deep breathing and telling myself “you got this!”.
Being a “mess” is a part of the human experience at least most of my life. I’m learning it’s important to remember that it’s okay to not have everything totally figured out, because who really has it all figured out.. Right?
I’ve always embraced the messes and chaos in my life because I have found it can lead to a richer, more fulfilling colorful life. And boy has my life been colorful specifically currently. Now through the most chaotic messiest time of my life I’ve been trying to remind myself that through growth, creativity, and authenticity, there’s always beauty to be found in life’s messes.
So I invite you to my journey of some of the messiest learning experiences of my chaotic messy life in fashion beauty products and my everyday life. We can define this blog as somewhat of a self-help of not do what she did and she is Me.
